Simple cash rewards for shopping online with Prospect Extra

We bring you these fantastic cashback offers by passing on the commission our merchants would normally
give to us to you. It’s important that you use the links on Prospect Extra to claim your cashback. If
you navigate away from the page and then return it may interfere with the process. In order for us to
claim our commission (and your cashback) from the retailer we need to prove that we sent you to their
page. The way we do this is with browser cookies which is why you should use our links and stay on the page.
We will then be notified by the retailer that you have made a purchase. This can take around a month,
although it varies between retailers. At this point we will let you know via email that the cashback is
pending in your account. It may then take up to another month for the cashback to clear. We will let
you know when there are new funds in your account. You can contact
firstname.lastname@example.org after the two months if you
believe you are missing cashback.
Once you’ve accumulated £10 of cleared cashback using Prospect Extra you can withdraw it into your bank
account. It usually takes up to three working days for the cashback to arrive in your account. Simply
head to My Account at the top of the page, check your cashback balance in the Earnings tab and if you have
more than £10, go to Collect Payments and withdraw your cashback. You can enter or amend your bank
account details in My Account at any time.
